PRODUCT AND USAGE

The mobile application or website platform can be used as follows.

Dial Summary is available via Google Play and App Store. Login required; data stored on device and cloud (AWS). Users can save notes, send communications via SMS/WhatsApp/email. The app reads call recordings and logs with permission, sent to our servers.

This policy applies to all information collected through Dial Summary, Android ("Sites").

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide such as name, address, contact info, passwords, security data, and payment info.

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when registering, expressing interest, participating in activities, or contacting us.

The personal information we collect includes:

  • Name and Contact Data: first and last name, email, postal address, phone number.
  • Credentials: passwords and similar security info.
  • As per details on Dial Summary or the installed app.

DO WE USE GOOGLE MAPS?

In Short: No, we do not use Google Maps APIs. If we add mapping in the future, we'll update this policy.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS?

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own. Our servers are AWS Mumbai, India. If you access from outside India, your info may be transferred to India and other countries. For EEA residents, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses and comply with Privacy Shield.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information as long as necessary for the purposes outlined, unless a longer retention is required by law. Typically up to 1 year after account termination. After that, we delete or anonymize.

HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We use organizational and technical security measures (HTTPS SSL, Firewall). However, no method is 100% secure. You access services at your own risk.

DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If we become aware, we delete it. Contact us if you have concerns.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: In some regions (EEA, etc.), you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data. You may also object. To exercise rights, contact us. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We maintain adequate security measures (HTTPS SSL, Firewall). Our app runs on AWS EC2; data stored in MongoDB on AWS with additional security layers.
