Call History Manager

1. The History Interface

The Call History tab contains a complete paginated list of every logged call.

2. Advanced Filtering

Use the dropdowns to filter by Call Type (Incoming, Outgoing, Missed, Rejected), Date Range, and specific Team Members (if you have Admin access).

3. Listen to Recordings

If a call was recorded, a "Play" button will appear next to the call record. Click it to listen to the audio directly in your browser or download the file.
