How to Analyze Call Logs

1. Access the Dashboard

Log in to your account and navigate to the Analytics tab from the sidebar menu.

2. View Overview Metrics

At the top of the Analytics page, you will see your total calls, answered calls, missed calls, and total duration for the selected time period.

3. Track Team Performance

Scroll down to the Employee Performance chart. Here you can see a breakdown of incoming and outgoing calls by team member.

4. Export Data

If you need to analyze the data further, click the Export Excel button to download a spreadsheet of the analytics.
