Mobile Templates

1. Access Template Settings

From your mobile app or web dashboard, navigate to the Message Templates section in your settings.

2. Create a Predefined Message

Click 'Add New Template'. Write out standard responses, such as a follow-up greeting or a calendar booking link.

3. Quick Send After Calls

When a call finishes on your mobile device, a prompt will appear allowing you to instantly select one of your predefined templates and send it via SMS or WhatsApp with just one tap.
