Recording URL

1. Access Call History

Navigate to the Call History tab from your main dashboard to view all your logged interactions.

2. Locate a Recorded Call

Scroll or filter your logs to find a call that was recorded. A recorded call will display an audio playback option or a 'Recording URL' field.

3. Listen and Share

You can listen to the audio directly in your browser. Alternatively, click the Copy Link button to grab the direct URL to the audio file, which you can then share securely with your team.
